Follow these simple steps to start shopping at MAISON DE VOGUE!


We now deliver to a lot of countries around the world! If you can't find the country you live in on the drop down within our site selector tool at the top of the site, it unfortunately means that we do not deliver to where you live you right now. We are adding new delivery destinations all the time so make sure you check back soon.


You will need to create an account in order to shop with us. This will only take a minute and once set up you'll be able to:

Just click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT to fill in your details.

1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. DRESSES, BOTTOMS, ACCESSORIES. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW IN category link. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word or item number in the search box on the homepage.

2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, the quantity you want and click on the 'BUY NOW' button.

3. You can then either click on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button, or if you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order. You will be to click on the 'REMOVE' button to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.




Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days). 

A signature is requested upon delivery. If you're not in when the courier company - "POSLAJU" first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card for notification purpose. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a 2nd delivery of your order.

To track your order you’ll need the tracking number that we sent to you in your despatch confirmation email.

Malaysia Customers:
•    POSLAJU DELIVERY: visit POSLAJU and enter your tracking code when prompted.

If you have lost your tracking number, simply log in to your account, select the order, and click on the 'tracking number' link under the order summary box, and u can find your tracking number over there.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Internet Banking Transfer.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside Malaysia may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside Malaysia will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

To offer you a safer shopping experience when using your credit card online, we are working together with Visa and MasterCard.

Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode follow the same principles as Chip and Pin, by helping to protect your card against unauthorised use when you shop via the Internet.

If your bank or card issuer is already a part of this scheme, then you might have already noticed the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode page appear when you last made a purchase with a participating retailer. This scheme:

    * Allows you to shop online with added security and peace of mind.
    * Helps to prevent unauthorised purchases.
    * Set up a personal password that is linked to your card only, and not to your computer.

When you reach the checkout process at (or any participating retailer) you will have the opportunity to register for either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
Simply sign-up for the service following the online instructions that are linked directly to your card issuer, set up your new personal password once your card issuer has confirmed your identity, and continue shopping.

This is a one-off registration process, so you will be able to use the same password for all future purchases you make with participating retailers.

Please note: If you choose not to register during the checkout process, depending on your card issuer, we may not be able to process your order. A different method of payment will be required to complete your purchase.



Group your washload into whites, darks, and brights to avoid any coloura running into each other.

Make sure you use the correct washing temperature. If you are not sure, always wash at a lower temperature.

Rinse until water runs clear after hand washing your clothes.

Don't leave clothes with white and coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods. Ideal soaking period will be 2-3 minutes for this case.




We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores. Some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.
