How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?


Maison de Vogue process your order within the same day if the order is complete payment before 12pm (Monday-Friday, exclude Public Holiday). Your order will be processed the next working day if the payment is made after 12pm (Monday-Friday, exclude Public Holiday).

Any order placed on Saturday and Sunday, the parcel will be processed on coming Monday.

 

Delivery Within Malaysia:

FREE SHIPPING for delivery within Malaysia for purchase of RM100 and above. Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-3 working days (Pos Laju).

For order below RM100, postage charges as below:

  • Penisular Malaysia = RM8.00
  • Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan = RM12.00

International Delivery:

Maison De Vogue ships worldwide.

  • Delivery to Singapore = Flate Rate of RM30 regardless of quantity. Delivery time frame about 3 working days.
  • Worldwide Shipping = Flat Rate of RM50 regardless of quantity. Delivery time frame about 21 working day

All international orders are shipped using Malaysian Registered Mail. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will require signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided by email once shipped.

 

 

RETURNS

 

- Return Within Malaysia & Singapore

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. 

Please take note that we do not provide cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items. The credit note is valid of 20 days only.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned to MaisonDeVogue.com.my must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken.

What you should do is, contact Maison De Vogue at return@maisondevogue.com.my to inform us about the unsatisfied order within 7 days of receipt. You shall not return the parcel without formally inform Maison De Vogue via email. Maison De Vogue reserve the right not to approve any return if so. 

 

Once the email is sent, the return parcel shall post to Maison De Vogue within 14 days of receipt. Kindly keep the postage receipt as proof of postage. 

 

 

- International Return

 

Please return items using your local postal services. They will have to be returned at your cost.  Please obtain a Post Office receipt as proof of postage.

- Returning Goods Bought As Special Offer


If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for RM40') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
