How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
Maison de Vogue process your order within the same day if the order is complete payment before 12pm (Monday-Friday). Your order will be processed the next working day if the payment is made after 12pm (Monday-Friday).
Any order placed on Saturday and Sunday, the parcel will be processed on coming Monday.
Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-3 days (Pos Laju) or 4-5 days (Registered post) after it is sent.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Maison de Vogue ships worldwide. All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service and delivers within 5-8 business days (depends on different country's distance). Signature will also be required. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:

RETURNS
There are strictly no returns.
Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only.
Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.
All returns request after >5 days of parcel delivery will not be approved.
